Welcoming to pets
The TV did not work in my room. It took 30 minutes for maintenance to arrive only to confirm it didn't work. The worker left to find a new room remote, which took another 30 minutes when he returned that remote didn't work and he left again. Finally, I received a remote to work the TV after well over an hour.

The staff was really helpful, polite and accommodating. However, the hotel room was dirty and the carpet floor was very nasty and sticky. It was disgusting to walk in. The staff did change our room.

The only thing that I don't like is the bathroom lights. It constantly goes on when you just walk in and then it will go off for a while. If I need to go to the bathroom in the middle of night, lights automatically turn on brightly. Then, I can't go back to sleep. It's really annoying!
