Summary:  
The ranch-style home is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers an open-concept living area and a large kitchen and island, perfect for preparing meals to be enjoyed while sitting in the dining room overlooking the fenced in backyard. This 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath home offers plenty of sleeping areas in the Master (King bed), and two guest bedrooms (one queen bed and one twin bed) to comfortably sleep 5 people. Basement had washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

This home is a quick 6 minute drive away from the local Marshfield Clinic, 42 minutes away from the clinic in Wisconsin Rapids, and the Aspirus Wausau Hospital less than an hour away.
