The small studio had everything you need, including a huge selection of dvds to explore after a day spent outside. We rented kayaks and only used them once - the kayaking is superb but the house’s location was so perfect we just wanted to stay there all day. There were so many birds to watch. Including an osprey nest we could watch all day while wading in the bay. This place is so peaceful and quiet, and the deck and patio were perfect every hour of the day. You will hear from us in a couple of months when the seasons change. Also, arriving home we found that we had packed in our bags the little salt and pepper dispensers. This is a house split into 2 houses. I assumed we would have a view but Joe’s Studio is on the back of the house & you must go outside to the deck to see the bay. We were never sure if there was someone in the front side of the house but there was a car there. I prefer privacy when vacationing so this was a little unnerving to me. There is no oven/ stove in the kitchen. The studio has been remodeled & was clean, except for the mattress cover on the hide a bed.
