"This home sits on a beautiful peninsula in Marsh Harbor. This was our first trip to the area, and we found it very easy to navigate. The great thing about the property is the location with stand-up paddle boarding and snorkeling just offshore - and a dock. The home still needs some TLC s/p Dorian, but the ground team is clearly working on it. Our house manager, Taj was wonderful and very responsive. For example, there was no large pot in the kitchen, and she had one brought over immediately....

"We loved the private island location. The home is just as described. We were very happy with the house. We brought our own boat over (33 foot contender) and it worked out great. The basin is well marked and easy to get in and out of. The location of the island is centrally located for day trips to many other Cays. Woody and Margaret are wonderful host that are very friendly and wanted to make sure we had a great vacation. I would highly recommend their home and we plan to go back."

"This was our second time in Marsh Harbour, but the first time staying at THE PERKY PELICAN. This was a special trip with my family to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Firstly, just know that the pictures you see on the VRBO app does not come close to describing the beauty and majestic views of God's creation from the sunsets, sunrises and starry nights at The PERKY PELICAN. "Lovely property, very helpful staff. Dining in was a fairly pricey affair. But then again the whole of Abacos is not an easy place to find reasonably priced restaurants. The island has yet to really recover from the terrible hurricane in 2019. The Resort is an oasis of neatness and order compared to much of the island. I do hope Abacos continues to make progress, it is a lovely place and the people are so kind and helpful."
