Cet appartement d'une superficie de 59 m2 situé au Vallon des Auffes, au 6e étage avec ascenseur d'une résidence de standing. Le logement se compose d’une belle pièce à vivre. Cuisine entièrement équipée et fonctionnelle. Le coin nuit se compose d'une chambre équipée d'un lit double et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Vous apprécierez la proximité immédiate avec la Corniche et la plage des Catalans à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Disponible uniquement en bail mobilité pour une durée de 1 à 10 mois (étudiant, salarié en formation, salarié en mobilité professionnelle)  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.

#### Beautiful view

Great location and view! Property needs some TLC! Light fixture all broken and not secured. Kitchen could use some newer glasses snd utensils. Could also use hand towels washcloths and nicer towels. Shower could use a deep clean. Overall still a good stay for the price.
