\## Space  
Notre maison de ville de 60 m² située rue Saint-Léopold a été entièrement rénovée par un architecte d'intérieur. Lumineuse et idéale pour découvrir Marseille, elle est à 10 min à pied du métro Périer. Au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine neuve équipée est ouverte sur une pièce à vivre avec pierres et poutres apparentes, coin repas pour quatre et salon avec canapé. Parfaitement isolée avec double vitrage, elle offre calme et confort. À l'étage, deux chambres avec lits doubles et rangements, et une salle de bain avec douche, vasque et WC. Proche des transports, du Vieux-Port (20 min à pied) et du Stade Vélodrome (25 min à pied). Restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.  
  
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.   
  
La maison est équipée d'un système d'alarme.

Partez à la découverte de cette ville dynamique, vivante et ensoleillée. Vous pourrez visiter à pied les musées (Mucem, le musée Cantini, le Palais du Pharo), découvrir les marchés aux couleurs méditerranéennes et les belles plages (la plage des Catalans est à 15 min de bus). Vous trouverez à proximité de notre logement sur le Boulevard Vauban (5 min à pied) de nombreux restaurants et bars pour partager des bons moments et de nombreux commerces pour vos achats ou faire vos courses (supermarché Franprix à 200 mètres !).
