Exceptional location in Cassis Extraordinary view and location overlooking the Bay of Cassis, in absolute tranquility and truly unobstructed, just 800 meters from the center. This authentic farmhouse, approximately 350m2 in size, situated on a 7500m2 plot, has been fully restored with noble and luxurious materials and is classified as a 5\*\*\*\*\* property by the tourism office. Our rates vary depending on the number of nights and the seasons, but Abritel does not allow us to provide detailed information, as is the case on our personal site. Therefore, the daily base rate indicated is inaccurate for any request less than a week. The property, accommodating 16 people, consists of a large main farmhouse with five bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with terrace, independent dressing room, and office, a large living room with its veranda, and a magnificent fully-equipped La Cornue kitchen. Additionally, there is an authentic maset consisting of two bedrooms and an independent living room-kitchen, where 6 people can stay. Six of the seven bedrooms have their private marble bathrooms and offices, and are air-conditioned. The double beds are king-size (180X200) and the single beds are 90X200\. The parental apartment is also fully air-conditioned. For your comfort, the showers are equipped with thermostatic taps, and a circulator allows you to receive hot water instantly. High-speed internet (fiber optic) is available everywhere via wired connection or Wi-Fi, including at the pool. Seven televisions equip the living rooms and main bedrooms. The Hi-Fi - Home Cinema with 6 B&W speakers in the living room and 2 at the pool can be controlled directly from your smartphone or tablet with the Sonos system, allowing you to listen to your own music. A Wurlitzer piano is at your disposal in the large living room. Alarm, safe, and home automation complete the services to simplify your actions during your stay (centralization of lighting and roller shutters, for example). The arrival is through a beautiful avenue of centuries-old olive trees, where the sea is already visible, with a garage and its traditional frame on the right, accommodating three spacious cars. Numerous uncovered parking spaces exist around the garage. A luxurious salt-treated and tiled mirror pool of 14m in length allows you to fully enjoy the extraordinary view sweeping from the Bay of Cap Canaille to the Calanques of Cassis. It is equipped with an integrated automatic cover. A petanque court, ping-pong table, and foosball are also available for your leisure. Shade sails have been installed on the south terrace for the comfort of your outdoor lunches. A bakery service for bread, pastries, and newspapers is possible in the morning upon request. This service is free; you only pay for your purchases. Le lieu est tout simplement magique, rassemblant tout ce que l’on attend d’ un mas provençal, le charme, la vue sur la pinède, les vignes, les dénivelés, les cigales, le jardin parfaitement équilibré, naturel et authentique, intégré à la perfection a son environnement (merci Antonio le pépiniériste !), mais aussi rassemblant tout le charme d une magnifique demeure surplombant la mer là où est est la plus impressionnante (à flanc du Cap Canaille). Les talents combinés d’Anaïs, Laurent et Antonio pour faire de cette ferme un miracle de charme et de beauté sont confondants. La propriété offre également le plus haut niveau de confort et de prestations, ainsi que des espaces parfaits pour accueillir à la fois des petits ou plus grands groupes. L’ expérience de la ferme ne serait pas complète sans l’ attention et la disponibilité des propriétaires, toujours très attentionnés et désireux chaque année d’ apporter quelques touches de magie supplémentaires! Et je ne pourrais conclure sans remercier très chaleureusement Antonio pour son attention de tous les instants, ses grandes qualités techniques et organisationnelles (tous les aspects du jardin et de la maison sont gérés à la perfection) et sa personnalité unique, généreuse et enthousiaste qui font de cette maison un véritable paradis. Une piscine miroir à couper le souffle. Sans compter que tout le confort est là. Des choix des matériaux... à la qualité des ustensiles de cuisine. Enfin j’ajouterai que tout le monde est à notre disposition pour nous faire vivre le séjour le plus agréable possible, tout en étant discret. Passer une semaine ici a été comme une parenthèse de luxe, de calme. Jun 4, 2018 #### UN SÉJOUR TOUT SIMPLEMENT INOUBLIABLE A l’occasion de notre mariage, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir séjourner 4 jours dans ce lieu magique avec 14 personnes de nos familles et amis proches. On dit souvent que le mariage est le plus beau jour d’une vie.. cela a été le cas pour nous et c’est aussi grâce à la magie de cet endroit tout simplement majestueux. La villa est entourée de vignes, la vue à 180 degrés sur le Cap Canaille et sur la mer est époustouflante, et pour couronner le tout, les installations extérieures et la décoration intérieure sont d’un gout exquis. Le luxe de la propriété et des matériaux est notable mais l’authenticité provençale de cette ancienne ferme a su être respectée et conservée. La ferme d’Anaïs invite au voyage et au rêve. Tous nos invités sans exception ont été marqués par la beauté des lieux. Le niveau de prestation est à la hauteur du lieu, Anaïs nous a chaleureusement accueilli et présenté l’histoire de cette ancienne ferme. Nous avons même eu le droit à des petits cadeaux très appréciables le jour de notre mariage. Antonio a également été d’une grande aide et s’est montré très disponible. Nous conseillons sincèrement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre un moment hors du temps. Cela a été le cas pour nous et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Encore un grand merci à Anaïs. Main house and guest house are beautiful, state of the art and supremely comfortable. Gorgeous, big pool. Wonderful location - walk to town, beach or hike up the Cap for more amazing views. We meant to do more sightseeing, but had a hard time tearing ourselves away from this wonderful property. It really is hard to imagine a better vacation spot than this. Sep 7, 2015 #### The best villa we have every stayed in It is hard not to wax lyrical about La Ferme d’Anais so forgive me... The gentle chirping of the cicadas, the dry heat and the avenue of olive trees are set against a background of deep blue sky as we approach the villa. Beyond the pool the imposing cliffs along the Routes des Cretes stand guard over the turquoise sea below. On the other side of the bay the rocky coastline heralds the way to the Calanques; a few small boats make their way to the crystal clear waters of the famous coves. The beauty surrounding the villa was matched by the comfort and ambience inside. The cool, light, airy sitting room opens up on to a shady terrace. We spent many an hour relaxing over lunch, and later, sipping gin and tonics on the terrace as we watched the sun slide behind the hills on the opposite side of the bay; the multi-coloured glow of the evening sky reflecting in the beautiful pool. We sat on the voluptuous sofas in the shady nook by the pool drinking tea in the afternoon, taking a little respite from the heat of the day. We took morning walks down the steep hill to the centre of Cassis, took in a little shopping, stopped for a coffee or ice cream and walked along the harbour before choosing which restaurant we would go to for supper. We had the most lovely, relaxing holiday. Laurent and Anais were so welcoming, helpful and charming. We never tired of the stunningly beautiful view. It was a joy to wake up to every morning. The villa is so comfortable and the best equipped and decorated we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was fantastic. We will definitely go back to this gorgeous villa in the beautiful corner of Provence. ##### Simon H. Tout est parfait et on cherche en vain la faute de goût tant la restauration est réussie à tous points de vue (design, qualité des matériaux, harmonie des couleurs, distribution des pièces). Malgré le froid (mistral, hiver) nous étions bien au chaud pour contempler la vue et profiter de la maison, qui est restée parfaitement authentique.
