Gros bémol sur l’emplacement. Il y a beaucoup de bruit notamment la nuit, des rats et l’accès à l’appartement (en partant du vieux port ou de tous commerces) est assez compliqué et fatiguant (escalier, beaucoup de montée, etc). En revanche le quartier rappel celui de Montmartre à paris, très convivial avec pleins d’artistes et de petites boutiques sympa.
