L'agence Croceo vous propose en exclusivité ce logement de 100 m² situé Avenue de la Corse au 14e étage avec ascenseur offre une luminosité exceptionnelle et une vue époustouflante sur le port de Marseille, les Iles du Frioul et la mer Méditerranée. Idéal pour travailler ou se détendre, il est climatisé et à 1 min à pied de la plage des Catalans, 10 min du Vieux-Port. Rénové en 2023 par un architecte, il comprend une pièce à vivre avec salon, deux balcons, une cuisine séparée équipée, et trois chambres (une avec lit King Size, une avec deux lits simples, une avec lit double). Il dispose de deux salles de bain, dont une avec baignoire jacuzzi. Pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (-12 ans) maximum. Proche des transports, du Palais du Pharo et de nombreux restaurants et commerces sur la Place du 4 septembre.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.  
  
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.   
  
Les fêtes et les soirées ne sont pas autorisées par respect pour nos voisins. Nos amis les animaux sont interdits. Logement non fumeur.
