Notre logement de 68 m², situé rue des Trois Mages au 1er étage sans ascenseur, est idéal pour découvrir Marseille. Au calme absolu, il est à 15 min à pied du Vieux-Port et proche du Cours Julien, un des quartiers les plus cools selon le New York Times. L'appartement comprend une cuisine équipée ouverte sur une pièce à vivre avec une grande table et un salon. L'espace nuit offre deux chambres avec lits doubles et dressings. La salle d'eau est dotée d'une douche, vasque et WC. Restaurants et commerces à proximité. Parking payant à 5 min à pied.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.  
  
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.

Vous trouverez à proximité de notre logement sur le Cours Julien (2 min à pied) de nombreux restaurants et bars pour partager des bons moments et de nombreux commerces pour vos achats ou faire vos courses.

#### Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, près du Vieux Port, du centre-ville, des moyens de transport, proche également de tous les commerces. Il est étonnamment calme bien que placé à proximité d'une place très fréquentée de jour comme de nuit. Il convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes, étant bien équipé à tous les points de vue et très confortable.Un petit bémol, cependant : il serait bon de penser à repeindre la salle de bain dont la porte et le sol (de la pièce et de la douche) laissent une impression de laisser-aller dans le ménage, ce qui est dommage car le reste de l'appartement est parfaitement agréable.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck!). Die zentrale Lage war super! Allerdings waren dadurch auch die Nächte etwas "trubeliger".
