Air-conditioned studio, renovated, in a pretty residence 3 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the beaches.  
A breathtaking view of Marseille, its islands and SAUSSET, from its 15 m2 terrace entirely grassed with synthetic, where it is good to lie down or sit down facing this panorama!   
.The apartment is fully equipped and offers all the comforts for 4 people.  
  
A private parking space.  
  
2 tennis courts and a large supervised swimming pool are available for guests.  
  
You can move on foot to do your shopping to go to the restaurant or to the beach!
