A shower room with a sink and towel dryer, as well as a separate WC. Upstairs, a sloped-ceiling bedroom with two bunk beds and another sloped-ceiling bedroom with a double bed. A large fenced terrace with an awning and garden furniture. Private parking. Pets not allowed. The residence has a pool. However, if the pool does not open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
