You must exit the cabin and walk around or walk down the steps from the deck. There is an additional lock code provided the access the game room. The Village Club area amenities are included at no charge, and you will be provided a guest pass by staff. Even with being so close to the security gate, the cabin was tucked away in the woods and very peaceful. The only thing I might recommend is a little more comfortable mattress and better pillows. I should have given it 3 stars for accuracy of online listing, because this place far surpasses anything that was listed in the ad!!!! We arrived late at night, so we really could not see our surroundings, however the next morning we woke up to open the door and hear a waterfall, the cabin has the most beautiful views of Hatley Point ski resort, And is in this quaint little village that reminds me of something you would find in Europe!!!!! The people that live there year round are so friendly and helpful, it seriously reminded me of something I would find in France or England. The stonework, the mill, the pond and the bridge are all incredibly charming, and should be highlighted in the listing!!!! we had the most magical Christmas thanks to this beautiful place! Plenty of towels and dishes (only missing tongs 😊) My kids and I enjoyed the game room and the Nintendo system. So nice to keep them occupied. The hot tub was so refreshing and enjoyable. We couldn’t believe how close Big Bald Mountain and the Appalachian Trail were so that was fun to hike! The park on the property was really nice. The only cons were the garbage removal wasn’t convenient and the property’s pool was freezing but those 2 things can’t be helped. Overall a wonderful stay! A few suggestions… House was well appointed with kitchen and bathroom items. House was clean, however did have somewhat of a musty odor which I think does a disservice to the cleanliness of the house. The loft area is fun and beds were clean and comfortable, however the outside of the loft floor (eve area) is not finished off like the rest of the floor; therefore appears dusty, and unclean. A finishing touch to that would add so much to the feeling of the loft area. ##### Cindy K.
