No parties- Grounds for termination No Motorcycles or RV's are allowed in this community. Please note there are 2 exterior security cameras, solely for security purposes. One at the side door and one at the front door. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. The location and the cabin itself we absolutely beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The issue was when we went downstairs to the game area and the 3 bedrooms, it was like a freezer. None of the Heating units were working downstairs. I wasn't able to relax with family the first day/night because I was spending the whole time communicating the issues with the renter and trying to get it fixed. In the end, we had a technician come our first night and he was unable to fix it and then the next morning another came and could not fix it as well. Space heaters were given, but they did not do a great job at heating downstairs area. Our kids all had to sleep upstairs because it was too cold for them downstairs. We understand things like this can happen, but this is something that should of probably gotten checked prior to us checking in. ##### A N. From the arcade games to the pool tables to the hot tub to just lounging on the swing and enjoying the view. This home was perfect for our family, ages ranged from 9-76 + a dog and everyone was impressed. This home was clean, had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated and the host checked in periodically to just make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
