« We only stayed one night at this property as a last minute getaway while conducting some business in Atl. The check in process was pretty rigid. I’ve rented plenty of times with other competitor operations and never had this much of a process renting. All transactions other than booking were outside the app. I was asked to send a photo of my id, which I’ve never been required to do before. Being new to Vrbo, perhaps that is typical, however not user friendly. The property itself was nice enough....
