"We were very warmly welcomed by reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff. The bar-staff, however were mostly quite miserable and it was off putting. Food wasn’t the hottest but there was always a wide choice available and it was well cooked. As someone with a health and safety background I was very concerned about the lack of rules being enforced at the slides.
