The staff here was incredible. They were warm, welcoming, gave great recommendations and even offered their help by always being on call to make sure you do not pay too much in the souks. One night they even called several hammam spas to get me a last minute appointment. In regards to the accommodations, this place is so charming and stylish. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and kind, always offering to help. Hamza and Wimza (don't know if it's the right spelling) are delightful. The welcome tea and pastries are delicious. The breakfast included is excellent, flavorful and abundant. The riad is very quiet, away from all the noise and crowds but close to everything. The water in the shower comes out strong and hot, perfect after all day walking through the busy city. I loved everything about our stay.
