the living area is the space you can spend all day in it. with big 55inch TV enjoy the music and movies.  
including the balcony facing the Fontaine and garden you will just enjoy the peace and the green trees facing you.  
  
bedrooms are so quiet and nice with high ceiling, you can sleep till midday easy :)  
  
you want to cook a nice dish, anything you need is available at the kitchen to use at your convenient.  
  
you want to walk outside you don't have to drive,  
walk down the complex and enjoy 4 swimming pools and lots of green space including many seats.  
  
if you have kids then this is the place you will love, your kids are safe inside the complex with lots of space to play.

you can freely park underground and get the lift to your apartment. or you can park inside the complex and walk to you building very easy access both side.
