On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious 40 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, perfect for convivial meals. Three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a cot, two with single beds. A shower room, two toilets, and a relaxation mezzanine with a TV, games, and a library complete the space. Outside, you'll enjoy a 150 m² enclosed courtyard and 1,000 m² of private land just a few meters from the gîte.  
High-speed internet, a dishwasher, washing machine, and barbecue complete the amenities for a comfortable stay.  
Charges subject to meter reading. It's possible to rent another rural gîte for 6 people nearby (no. 1280). This light-filled stone gîte is nestled in a peaceful hamlet. You'll enjoy a preserved natural setting, nestled between meadows and lush hills, perfect for relaxation and spending time with family or friends.
