Located at an elevation of 469 meters above sea level, this vacation rental is surrounded by trees and offers a private garden of 300 square meters with flowers and trees. The property features a terrace, parking spaces for two cars, and amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.

The house "Vittoria" boasts a private garden of 300 square meters, fenced and adorned with flowers and trees. Enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors while relaxing on the terrace or taking advantage of the on-premises parking for up to two cars.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in a 6-room house with 150 m2 spread across two levels. The house has a tastefully furnished living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace for decoration, a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a TV. There is an exit to the garden from the living/dining room. On the main level, there are two double bedrooms with a shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen/living room on this level is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor, there is a large double bedroom with one set of bunk beds that can accommodate two people, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a digital TV. There is also an exit to the garden from this level. The kitchen/living room on the lower ground floor has four hot plates, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower, bidet, and WC on this level. The house has electric heating.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a large balcony, a roofed patio, balcony furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the forest from the outdoor areas. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and internet (WiFi). The property allows one pet or dog. There is a private entrance for your convenience.

The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
