Staying at this historic house was a delightful experience. The location was ideal for a quiet getaway in driving distance of Tuscaloosa. The hosts were very welcoming. It was conveniently located just outside of town, approximately 8 minutes from the school and on a beautiful plantation. We traveled the day before graduation arriving a little early therefore we took full advantage of walking the plantation and learning about its history. That night to pass the time, we played dominoes and card games and we enjoyed lots of quality family conversation. On Saturday, we attended my son's graduation from MMI.
