Lokalizacja względem plaży również. Tata właściciela budynku był życzliwym I sympatycznym człowiekiem natomiast właściciel był bardzo nie sympatyczny. Miał pretensje że nie były czyste podłogi, ze dywanik przed prysznicem byl brudny, liczył przy nas talerze otwierając szawki w kuchniach podniesionym tonem wyraził niezadowolenie że naczynia nie stoją tak jak stały na początku. Das Haus ist großzügig; es war für uns ausreichend groß und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Garten ist grün, bietet Schatten und hat verschiedene Sitzplätze, die man je nach tageszeit nutzen kann. Die Kinder liebten den Sportraum mit Tischfußball, Billard und Dart.
