Room can be updated although clean and sufficient. Location is excellent. JBR is extremely lively on the weekends and not for the faint of heart looking for quiet sleeps, even if you are on the 29th floor. The area is alway hustling with a variety of offerings for all ages and interests. Plenty of restaurants and cafes. Beach is beautiful. The area is extremely busy however. If this will be your base while in Dubai and you will be commuting, then you must add 20 minutes to you every drive to enter and exit JBR. Traffic is a disaster. At The Olives restaurant, Christina and Pawan made our mornings unforgettable, their kindness and attention to detail turned breakfast into a daily highlight. The way the resort catered to our daughter made the stay even more special.
