Sur la baie de marigot, à louer très joli studio décoré avec goût. Situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec sa piscine et sa plage privée qui donne sur la mer des Caraïbes et l'ile d'Anguilla. Ce studio climatisé comprend un lit double ainsi qu'un sofa et une TV écran plat. Une cuisine équipée avec frigo, plaques vitrocéramique, hotte aspirante, micro-onde, vaisselle, ustensiles, cafetière, grille-pain, eau chaude. (de plus un minimum vous ai fourni : sel, poivre, huile, café, sucre, pdt vaisselle....) Une salle de bain avec sa douche(eau chaude) et son coin toilette. Sèche cheveux et table et fer à repasser. Charmante terrasse aménagée donnant sur un jardin tropical. Capacité 2 personnes adultes Proche des commerces du centre ville, du supermarché, des boulangeries, du marché local, de la gare maritime (pour une escapade à St Barth ou nager avec les dauphins à Anguilla), de la marina royale, de la marina fort louis, du fort, des restaurants, des changes points, des pharmacies, de la poste, etc.... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Sabrina, l'emplacement de son petit studio et le matériel mis à la disposition des invités. Un grooooos merci pour les chaises de camping, le parasol et les "nouilles" pour rendre fort agréables nos nombreuses escapades à la plage! Bien que la rue à l'avant du logement soit un peu bruyante, une fois les portes fermées, cela n'est pas trop ennuyeux. La déco est coquette, le lit est confo et il y a suffisamment d'espaces de rangement. Sabrina est facile à rejoindre, très proactive et fort sympathique! Nous sommes arrivés en retard, notre vol ayant été retardé d'une couple d'heures. Sabrina s'est même inquiétée de nous et nous a patiemment attendues, ma fille et moi. L'accueil fut des plus chaleureux et toutes les informations utiles nous furent données par ses soins. L'appartement loué s'est avéré parfaitement conforme à nos attentes : équipement complet, confort escompté, propreté impeccable, magnifique piscine et plage plus grande qu'attendue, situation idéale à proximité de Marigot et des commerces d'utilité. Il nous était donc facile de trouver à quelques minutes de notre résidence épicerie, office du tourisme, restaurants, poste, gare maritime, autobus etc. Si bien que nous n'avons pas senti le besoin de louer une voiture (nous aurions eu accès à un stationnement privé) et que nous avons pu visiter aisément et à notre convenance tant l'île de Saint-Martin et se deux composantes française et hollandaise, que les îles voisines de Saint-Barthélémy et Anguilla. La température fut splendide tout au long de nos trois semaines de séjour. Lorsque nous avons eu besoin de Sabrina, elle s'est avérée disponible et charmante. Bref, nous n'hésiterions d'aucune façon à recommander le site, l'appartement et le bienveillant soutien de Sabrina dont le sourire et le charme ne seront pas oubliés. It is walking distance from stores and the marina , or Margiot Market is just minutes of walking. People said the area isn’t the safest but I found myself making tons of friends that I will go back to see. The private beach connected to these apartments is breath taking. You can wake up and in less than 1 minute your at the beach. The property had a cute setting to it. The studio was perfect for me , working clean bathroom and half kitchen, towels , soap. Our host was very nice and accommodating. We arrived a little early, but she had the apartment ready for us. It was decorated nicely, and it was pleasant to stay there. We walked to a market and got a few groceries for one of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location. There is small beach area for swimming. It is just a short walk to Marigot where there is shopping, both little shops and an open air marketplace. There are several restaurants along the marina with very good food and friendly people. We only needed a car rental for one day to tour the rest of the island. Best Car rental is by the ferry terminal, just past the marketplace. The front balcony could get a little noisy with traffic going by but you couldn’t hear it inside the room . Thank you to Sabrina for making this a wonderful holiday ##### Shannon W. The yard and surrounding are very pleasant and it is private and secure. Three another apartments are in this area, fun to get to know the owners. The beach is accessible just down the hall and a step out. It is small but beautiful, also private.we thought enjoyed our time there. Sabrina was so attentive to our needs and a great person to get to know. This complex is home to many local French residents, near fine restaurants, shopping, and even a small grocery store. Public transportation is easy to use, we never rented a car in the 5 weeks we were there. We recommend this studio to anyone looking for a laidback vacation. ##### Judith B. The Studio was very clean and totally secure. Not far from some restaurants in Marigot or Philipsburg. Also...just a few miles from Mullet Bay, the most perfect beach destination. The unit itself is absolutely great, modern and has all the amenities needed. We had to drive to other beaches that were to our liking which weren’t too far away which wasn’t a problem since we rented a car. Sabrina was great, provided a can of one of my favorite coffees (Santo Domingo from DR) and bottles of water. If you want a basic, nice, clean and safe apartment to rent, this is the place for you. However, if you are looking for something that has a great beach and has fantastic amenities, this isn’t it. Don’t get me wrong, we loved the place because it was exactly what we expected, but it may not be what some would expect. Oh, the unit is not one in the multi story buildings, it is the last unit of 4 efficiency units that are by themselves. The unit is the last one and the other 3 are occupied by full time tenants that were extremely nice. We had a great time here and I almost forgot , the pool was great! If we ever go back we will definitely rent this apartment again .. ##### Tom Z.
