The property has a lot of charm and is situated in a mature area. Ample space for 5+ adults. Plenty of pre stocked items like toilet paper and paper towels to last for several days. Instructions were sent promptly and were clear and easy to understand. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. A few things about the flooring, it is original wood floors I assume and it creaks a lot, if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up. While there are 2 bathrooms there is only one shower/tub and with 4 women in my party it caused a few back ups. The location was nice however you had to turn around to get out of the neighborhood and parking was a challenge. There are lots of driveways and a mini van did not fit in the "driveway". Parking on the road next to the hill didn't allow half of the car to be able to easily open their doors as they hit the yard. Its a cozy cottage.
