This newly renovated unique property features a charming rammed earth house, reflecting the rustic elegance of Margaret River-style architecture. With four inviting bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioned living areas, it blends comfort and functionality effortlessly. Imagine cosying up by the fireplace while enjoying panoramic views of the valley, with direct access to the river just steps away. GROUND FLOOR Bedroom 1: King size bed, sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, sleeping 2 TOP FLOOR Bedroom 4: Queen size bed, single bed + rollaway, sleeping 4 The open-plan design of the home enhances the experience, seamlessly integrating the kitchen and living areas with the breathtaking landscape outside. Step onto the undercover areas to fully immerse yourself in the natural surroundings, where you can watch kangaroos graze whilst listening to the soothing chorus of local birdlife and the river rushing by. Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this retreat offers a perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. You are just moments from the vibrant town centre of Margaret River, pristine beaches, and a premier golf course, making every leisure activity conveniently within reach, including private gate to mountain bike track which runs along the river. Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) and dryer should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes. This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for large social gatherings.
