Do not have your car touch the grass. My husband got yelled at by some man because he accidentally got a tire in the grass while he was trying to get parked. Nice welcome! Other than that the unit is very well maintained and super comfortable. Watch your step in the bathroom. The floor gets very slippery when wet and the small rug doesn’t help much.
