It sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The waterway is the backdrop of the lanai, surrounding you with lush greenery that frames the view of the turquoise water. After a refreshing swim in the heated pool, fire up the gas grill and enjoy waterside dining at its finest on the shaded table. The lanai faces northwest, go inside and use the blender to mix up some tropical beverages to sip on the lounge chairs as the blue sky turns brilliant orange. A few steps from the lanai, a row of chairs on the dock makes the ideal place to sit back and look for a passing dolphin or manatee. When you’re ready to go explore, take off in your complimentary kayaks and use the island’s favorite form of transportation: the ocean. In addition to kayaks, this house also has complimentary bicycles that you can use. Tour the island in style or venture to grab something to eat at one of the many local restaurants. The opportunities are endless with this vacation home. The interior is every bit as relaxing. It blends modern design with tropical décor to create a feeling of island-style tranquility. Sand-inspired tiled floors and pure white ceilings blend seamlessly in rooms furnished with stylish sofas and chairs. The master suite opens up to the lanai, so you can drift away to the fragrant breezes and the sound of wind-rustled palm trees. The theme of tropical modernity follows into here, with the wooden bedroom set and beach-themed furnishings. Connecting to the master suite is an en suite bathroom that features a tiled, walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms give you plenty of closet and drawer space and are touched with subtle tropical decorations.
