PLEASE BUY TRIP INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF. Parking: You can park one car/suv in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit. Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring doorbell at the front door for added security. Insects: While Florida’s warm climate can occasionally invite insects and bugs, we proactively manage this by scheduling professional pest control every quarter to keep our space clean and comfortable for guests. NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.” Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found. NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. We walked to the beach 3-4 times during our stay pulling the wagons full of beach chairs and toys for the kids. It was so nice to have everything we needed already at the house. The kitchen is well stocked with basically anything you would need or want. There was an issue with the dishwasher and Kristen had her maintenance guy come and fix it within hours. I would stay here again. My boys (6 & 8) swam in the pool every day and it was awesome to use the pool floats and toys. Overall the house was clean and cozy. The stay last week was by far one of the best trips we have had on Marco in April. Kristen the host has an amazing house with all the amenities you can ask for. The house is spacious with all the beach necessities and a beautiful outside area with a gorgeous pool. The property is very close to the beach and a nice walk to the shops and restaurants. Kristen the owner was very quick to answer any question we had which were minimal. I highly recommend this property and will book again with Kristen. Thank you! ##### Angela S. The house is great - awesome location to walk to the beach with all amenities you could need. The house was ready early and we were informed of that so we could check in early which was perfect. She provided us with tons of information about activities, restaurants, etc. The house was exactly as described and ideal for our Thanksgiving week. We prepared a lot of meals and found a well-equipped kitchen and pantry. Comfortable beds and nicely laid-out bathrooms made our stay perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Kristin again. ##### Michele P. Close to beach and lots to do within biking distance. House was well equipped with back pack beach chairs and bikes to ride. Used the yoga mat for beach yoga. Nice cooler for the boat we rented! Kitchen had everything more than expected and the furnishings were all super cute in house with lots of extra blankets. We biked to mini golf, gelato, dinner, the jw marriott and really enjoyed our stay. Host was helpful. Responsive and even had a handyman who came and took trash out. Great home to rent with good layout for parents w teens/kids or another family on the other side of house. Would be good for grandparents and family. Loved having 3 king beds and a bunk bed room. ##### Katie M.
