You will enjoy sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai. The property is fully stocked with everything you'll need, from the kitchen to beach chairs and an umbrella. South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts. Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee. Access to the beach and the view from the condo was everything we were looking for to soak in the sun rays on the beautiful Marco Island. It was our first time visiting Marco and we are already planning to return for an even longer vacation and this same condo for next year! My family consists of my parents and my sister and I. We are both over the ages of 18 and we're comfortable in the twin beds provided at this condo. We were mostly out exploring the island and what Florida has to offer but when we came back at night or during the day it was a comfortable place to unwind and maybe run down to the beach to soak up the gorgeous sunsets! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk to reach the water. This condo is located in the center of the 6 mile long beach front that the island allows for walking and admiring it's beauty. 100% recommend.
