This breathtaking 3rd floor beachfront condo. It sleeps five, with one king bed, two fulls, and two bathrooms. The spacious balcony provides you a wide view of the silken white sands and sun-sparkling ocean as you relax at the table and chairs. This private seating area is by far the best for viewing the spectacular sunsets that paint the sky brilliant orange. When you’re not taking in the view, you’ll be soaking up the serene experience inside. All of the rooms, lit up by the sun, are tastefully designed with an ocean-blue theme and filled with stylish furnishings that create a peaceful ambience. Sliding glass doors engulf you with a stunning view of the ocean and sky. Decorative details like beach-themed paintings and sculptures enhance the feeling of island-style tranquility. The kitchen features chairs along the countertop and comes with all modern appliances and cookware. Whether you’re brewing coffee in the morning or blending a tropical beverage in the evening, you’ll always end up out on that balcony savoring its one-of-a-kind view. The bedrooms are filled with all the colors of the sea, televisions, ample closet and draw space, and the sliding glass doors of the master bedroom open up to the balcony so you drift off to fragrant tropical breezes. The unit offers amenities for your comfort and convenience including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, which will come in handy since you’re only a few steps from the beach. The Condo was clean and updated. Extra pillows and blankets were available as well as fans. I loved the beauty counter so I could spread out all my girl necessaries and not take up sink space (which I know my husband loved). Plenty of cups and plates with a dishwasher. Convenient stacked washer and dryer. The twin beds were great for our kids and so was having their own bathroom and closet separate from us. There were a ton of beach amenities such as 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a shovel, soccer ball, 2 umbrellas, etc. The balcony and view was fantastic. The 2 pools were great, especially after one pool had an issue and had to be closed our last couple of days. I only have 2 super small complaints. One, the keys. I totally get everything being locked up for safety and privacy but there is a gate to get to the pool area then from there another gate to get to the beach, both needing keys. I would suggest a key fob for quicker and easier access while you are hauling coolers, chairs and children down and back to either location. Also the chairs in the condo have plastic rubber pieces on the bottom and they are loud when pushing in and out (nails on a chalkboard loud) Maybe felt bottoms would be better to make it sound better and easier to pull in and out? The location of the condo is the better spot tho. You can see how crowded the beach was at different condos or hotels nearby and ours was spread out which was super relaxing and didn't make me stress out that my kids were bothering anyone. You also don't hear anyone from any other condo unless you are on your balcony. I highly recommend this location and we will stay here again when we visit Marco Island. ##### Katie G.
