### Stylish beachfront condo w/ spa/pool & ocean views

People drive for miles to visit the beaches of the Paradise Coast. You just have to step out onto your balcony. This 1,400 square foot, 2nd floor beachfront condo sleeps six, with two queen beds, one bunk bed and two bathrooms.  
  
The spacious balcony wraps around the back of the unit, giving you a panoramic view of the coastline. The only thing between you and the sugar white sand are sand dunes and sea birds swooping down from the sky.  
  
Does your bucket list include sitting on your balcony cooled by ocean trade winds as you watch the setting sun paint the sky bright orange? Check it off. In fact, you can add a new check every night, because Marco Island’s known for some of the world’s most spectacular sunsets, and you’ve got a front row seat.  
  
The updated interior is another pleasing sight. A vintage model ship greets you as you enter, one of many sea-inspired design elements that create a feel of coastal living at its finest.  
  
With floor-to-ceiling windows along the rear of the unit, the ocean is the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the living room adorned by natural light or prepare meals in the kitchen.  
  
That kitchen is well stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down dinner to a tray of cocktails for the evening’s sunset viewing.  
  
The bedrooms are decorated with beach-themed touches like a lamp with a driftwood base. Glass doors open up to the balcony, so if you have a vision of moonlight reflecting off the ocean, it’s not a dream. That’s the view from your bed.  
  
The unit comes with all the comfort-enhance amenities you could want, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.  
  
At Sandcastle I entertainment options and amenities surround you. Enjoy a heated pool and hot tub, gas grills, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a fitness center and a social room.
