This home comes with everything you will need for your time away. Comfortable beds, cookware, beach towels, chairs and cooler. The heated pool was a big hit. The water temperature was perfect! You can have your coffee on the dock and if you're lucky like us a dolphin will swim by. There is some new construction, the street can be busy at times and the fire department is a few blocks over but the house is solid and the outside noise is minimal. The pool was great, the home is lovely, the neighborhood is quiet and the property managers super responsive. We needed batteries for one of the remotes so I had sent a text to the number I had and within less than an hour, one of the maintenance men actually called me to try to solve my problem because I hadn’t been clear I just needed batteries.
