Experience a beautifully updated front unit! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the South Seas community boasts a large balcony. It offers ample space for your family vacation, with a view of the entire beach from the condo. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for children. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and HD channels. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00\. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. No fault of property owner however building lost power many times and elevator failed to work on and off for a couple days even though power was on. Once on we didn’t trust so had to use in shifts for safety. Living room couch and chairs needed updated. Very little water pressure in master bath and kitchen sink.
