This updated two bedroom and two bath condominium offers magnificent views of Tigertail Beach and it's 31 acre wildlife bird sanctuary. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the comfortably furnished balcony. This well-appointed condo can accommodate six people, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The master bath features granite counter tops and glass and tile shower. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower and granite counter tops. Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities with walking distance. At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also. It’s beautiful ⛱️Property is very nice. When picking up keys, gal was very kind and helpful. When trying to find out about property before arrival office lady was short with me and wasn’t helpful with what to expect at condo. She said they manage a lot of properties and didn’t know them all individually. Condo cleaning crew could be a little better. All in all. We did have a great vacation here and will be back. I just know what to expect next time. Also, there should be a better parking system. On check in days, there is a back up and even if you’ve already been there for days and there is a backup, you have to wait to get through gate. Little frustrating. ##### Kathryn H. The management office argued with me and told me that it wasn’t the case, even though it look just like the unwanted. After much discussion, they finally sent a housekeeper to change our comforter. The beach is a half mile walk there and half mile back. The pool was nice but they don’t allow music, food, or for kids to have floaties. Not kid friendly and a loooonnngg walk to the beach. It wouldn’t take much to fix the place up a little and have some normal cleaning standards. ##### Sarah D. Each day we had to was then because the socks were black from the floor. Musky smell in the unit so I called relax and they sent someone right away to change the air filter in the A/C. . Was much better. The handle on the closet in the master bathroom pulled right off. Would not go back on so a screw was sticking out making is run into it. All 3 tv’s not programmed right. Had to reset the inputs and moved tv remotes from room to room, because they were not in the right rooms to work.
