No detail was overlooked, nor was a penny spared in the renovation of this condo. The kitchen boasts of granite countertops, to custom flooring, cabinets, and lighting. There is an electric Hamilton Beach Grill! The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, large HD smart flat-screen TV, and ample comfortable seating for guests. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. The master has a custom bathroom and huge walk-in closet. This one-of-a-kind condo is sure to please even the most selective traveler. AMENITIES FOR ALL GUESTS Gated with 24-hour Security Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts (Court Fees Apply) Boat Slip Rentals (Additional Fees Apply) Exercise Room Short Walk to Tigertail Public Beach offering concession, barbeque grills, picnic tables, playground, restrooms, bird watching tower, small recreational water rentals. If it wasn’t for her obnoxious presence around the pool, we would consider coming back, but unfortunately we probably won’t. Had beach buggy( very helpful) but purchased a new metal umbrella “hook” for the beach (left for future renters) and laundry unit is near elevator. The views from the kitchen, living room and balcony were amazing. Marco Island homes on one side and the Gulf and Tiger Tail Beach on the other. It was also stocked with beach towels, chairs a chart to lug everything to the beach, two umbrellas. The beach is 10 minute easy walk from the condo. The beach was beautiful white sand and we found many beautiful shells. The pool and condo complex was well maintained. My husband and I brought our 17 year old daughter and her girlfriends. The location was great. Many restaurants and a Winn Dixie within a five minute drive. This was our first trip to the Gulf. We will definitely come back. ##### Jeannelle H.
