This waterfront condominium has sliders in the dining room and the living room to enjoy those relaxing view. Located in gated South Seas, it is just a short walk to the beach. This condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community with pickleball courts, tennis courts, a large heated pool, and boat docks. Please note NO SMOKING is allowed ANYWHERE in condo or on condo grounds and common areas. Parking fee $100.00 DISCLAIMER: Amenities and furnishings are subject to change without notice. PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March.
