We drove 13 hours to Marco Island and was looking very forward to our stay at this house. It looked amazing online and the reviews were great. When we open the door, there was bugs on the ceiling roaches coming out of the refrigerator and ants in our bed. We also had German cockroaches in the bathrooms. We were extremely tired and decided maybe we can tough it out and stay in the beds, but unfortunately, all three beds had ants in them. We ended up leaving all of our luggage in the car and we slept in the car that night. The rental company did give us an upgrade the next day and we appreciate that but still this is extremely unacceptable and they have yet to refund us our first night that we had to sleep in the car. I get things are not perfect, but this is extremely ridiculous to open the refrigerator and see over seven cockroaches run out from inside the fridge is mind blowing. Needless to say this will be the last time I use Verbo. Please see my photos attached. No joke this has been the happiest house stay at clean fresh open space which I love master separate from the other bedrooms in all honesty when you travel with family the only thing that would need it would probably be like a refrigerator in the garage extra so that we can store extra stuff because when you have kids, you travel with a lot of stuff And maybe something for shade around the pool but other than that towels the kitchen was amazing thank you guys.
