This attractive corner unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. From this unit, you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire 3+ mile crescent beach. The Master Suite offers a king bed and an en suite shower, while the guest bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, featuring a queen size on the bottom and a twin on top. The building boasts a heated pool, jacuzzi, and covered seating area, along with tennis courts and pickleball nets. A full-size washer and dryer are included in the unit for convenience. Dining options are readily available with a restaurant next door and more down the street. Shopping, additional dining, movies, and mini-golf are all within a 10-minute walk. Please be aware that the stove is not full-sized.


EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
