This corner unit on the 15th floor offers an outstanding view! Enjoy a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo featuring new living and dining room furniture. Experience all the comforts of home, including picture-perfect sunsets from the balcony. Both bedrooms and bathrooms boast new tile flooring. The master and guest bedrooms are furnished with new queen sets. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, but not for adults. Adjacent to the Apollo, there's a restaurant, and just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional restaurants, a movie theater with dining, and mini-golf. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
