Enjoy unobstructed gulf views from this newly renovated beachfront condo at Sea Winds of Marco Island! Your oversized private balcony offers direct Western exposure over South Marco beach. Enjoy calming gulf breezes as you watch dolphins play in the surf while the sun slowly sinks into the water every afternoon. The condo offers two bedrooms and two renovated bathrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with sleeper sofa. The living area and master bedroom have sliders out to the balcony and incredible views to the gulf beyond. On the lanai, listen to the waves roll in as you enjoy dinner alfresco or lounging on the sectional sofa with a great book. Sea Winds is in the prime location on Marco Island's south end - just next door is the Sunset Grille, where you can enjoy beachfront dining and drinks just steps from the Sea Winds pool area and beach access path. Also walking distance, find an abundance of shops and restaurants at Marco Walk Plaza less than a mile to the north. Right on property, you have access to tennis courts, a swimming pool and hot tub, and beach access from the Sea Winds building. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer in-unit, beach gear including plush towels, beach chairs and umbrella, a beach cart, and a cooler, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, high speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with cable service and hotel style linen service including all white bedding and towels. \*Note, there is parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit available in the lot, however the building management charges for parking passes - it is $50 for up to a 1 year pass, per vehicle. We had one of the best times staying at this perfect location. We tried to pack light, but still over packed since theirs is a washer and dryer in the unit. We saw dolphins, manatees, star fish, crabs and many other amazing things. The view from the condo is amazing. You are on the beach in a few steps from walking out the condo. Lanai has shade in morning but sun in the afternoon and evening for sunset watching. Management was responsive to issues and provided some initial supplies. Master bath is a nice size. Washer and dryer in condo are a big plus (washer is top load wringer style). As noted on check in instructions, building management leaves at 4pm so if you cannot arrive between 3pm and 4pm make arrangements in advance for building access. Instructions for Wifi are not in condo so be sure to download the hospitality app so you can access Wifi instructions. Great views! Very clean, beds were very comfortable. Had enough supplies in the kitchen. Only issue was one of the elevators broke down day of arrival which was not good when everyone is bringing all of their belongings in at the same time. It was eventually fixed by end of day. The little cooler is nice too! Would be nice if the bedrooms had clocks to know what time it is. We did not rent a car but worked out fine. We used shipt to have groceries delivered and it was easy. We walked to dinner at night a few nights and uber the others. We had a small issue with the internet and TV and the property manager came out right away and fixed. We have stayed at Sea Winds before and much prefer this unit to the previous unit. It was very clean and had an updated feel. Pros: Great views (dolphins playing at sunset), master bed access to the patio, very clean, south end location of the island is less busy (and preferable for us), pool and hot tub areas always had seats and weren’t too crowded, elevators were never busy but the unit is also only in the 5th floor so stairs can be used pretty easily, great property managers that respond quickly, easy check in and check out, laundry in unit, super comfy beds Con: not much storage for clothes regarding dressers (but there were decent sized closets that some organizes could be used to help), the beach storage unit for chairs/umbrella was pretty crowded with some broken items (it could definitely use a declutter). As an FYI, The property managers addressed a couple broken items very promptly after being reported to them though and offered to reimburse us. They probably were not aware or the people before us broke them and didn’t report. The cons were very minimal and would not deter us in staying again. ##### Traci K. Felt like I was on a cruise ship because the view of the water was so amazing! The keys were a pain to use every time we wanted to leave or enter the premises. The condo had EVERYTHING as far as supplies. (big cooler, chairs, and plenty of towels!) The only downfall was not having exhaust fans in either of the bathrooms. The condo was in excellent condition, which I appreciated very much. All the amenities were as promised. One thing I especially liked was the couch on the balcony for relaxing. The rooms are small, but I understood that going into the rental. I did have an unfortunate experience in that neither the internet nor the cable worked for 5 days. Most upsetting. When the cable repairman arrived, it turned out that the modem had been unplugged. Such a simple fix that the staff had not been able to determine, and, I think, should have figured out without me waiting 5 days for the cable guy to come. The staff did answer my numerous phone calls but couldn't help me themselves. I have been promised a reasonable compensation, and am counting on seeing a check in the mail soon.
