This two-bedroom townhouse condo sleeps four, with a king bed, a queen and 1.5 bathrooms. The rooms are tastefully decorated to create a calming island-style ambience. Natural light brightens the living room furnished with sofas and chairs as comfortable as they are stylish. Beach-themed photographs and trays of shells enhance the tropical feel. The summer kitchen features barstool chairs along the counter and comes fully stocked with, well, everything. You’ll find all the modern appliances, cookware, and utensils you need to serve up a special family dinner or blend a batch of tropical beverages to sip as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the gardens. The townhouse floor plan means the two private bedrooms are upstairs. They both overlook colorful tropical gardens dotted with palm trees and both offer ample closet and drawer space. Open the windows and fall asleep to hibiscus-scented breezes. The enclosed patio is furnished with wicker sofas and comes with your own private gas grill so you can savor a barbequed lunch with a garden view. We want your vacation to be nothing short of perfect, so we’ve made sure you have everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. For your entertainment, you’ve got free wi-fi, cable, bicycles to explore the Island and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Here in the heart of the Island, you’re close to a wide array of restaurants and the silken white sands, turquoise waters, and endless activities of the Paradise Coast. Wade in warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. Go exploring in kayaks, canoes or paddleboats. Charter a fishing boat. Or lie back and enjoy the magical sight of dolphins playing in the surf. One of Marco Island’s most popular family attractions, Mackle Park, is just a short walk from the house. It’s filled with covered basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, tetherball, a soccer field, and for the younger kids, a splashpad and an enormous jungle gym in a pirate ship-themed playground. Inside the community center, you’ll find two billiards tables, ping-pong and foosball tables and a large gymnastics area. There’s even a lake where you can take a scenic walk around.
