Discover a serene escape in this spacious 1,000-square-foot first-floor condominium, nestled within the exclusive gated community of South Seas. This idyllic retreat offers direct access to the tranquil Clam Bay, providing a picturesque backdrop for your Florida getaway. It sleeps four, with one king bed, one queen bed, and two bathrooms.  
  
The heart of the home is the inviting living room, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement centered around a captivating palm tree painting. A wall-mounted television offers entertainment options, while large sliding doors beckon you to the expansive lanai, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Adjacent to the living room, a sophisticated marble dining table offers a perfect setting for enjoying meals while overlooking the lush tropical gardens and shimmering waters of Clam Bay.  
  
The modern kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and elegant marble countertops. A breakfast bar with stylish barstools provides a casual dining option or a gathering spot for conversation.  
  
The master bedroom is a coastal sanctuary, complete with ample closet and drawer space for effortless organization. A private television and direct access to the lanai enhance the relaxation factor.
