Swaying palm trees greet you as you pull up to the front of the house, and the perfectly landscaped lawn sets the tone for the rest of the home. When you walk in, a bright and open great room greets you. Complete with an upscale sofa and two plush armchairs in front of a wall mounted flat screen TV, this impressive sitting area is perfect for a family movie night or a game night in front of the fireplace. The sliding glass doors offer a clear view of the private pool, lanai, and waterway at the back of the home. A formal dining room is located right off of the main living room up against a large bay window overlooking the front of the property. This elegant dining area has a large table and seating for four under a gorgeous glass chandelier. The chef of the family may have to pinch him/herself once they see this incredible gourmet kitchen. Tall ceilings, soft lighting, imported tile flooring, sleek black appliances and granite counters make this a culinary playground! Full windows above the double sinks slide open for easy service out to the pool, and the breakfast nook overlooks the waterway and pool out back. This cozy breakfast nook has seating for four and is surrounded by windows, making it an ideal place for a quiet coffee in the morning or drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The master bedroom has a stunning King size bed with high-end linens and plush pillows. The wood accents throughout the room give it a romantic and inviting feel, and huge wall-mounted flat screen allows guests to fall asleep watching their favorite shows.
