All things are close by. The owner was very prompt to communicate, but I wish I didn’t have to call him. The bathroom was dirty and I requested for a cleaner to come and take care of it. I had to pay a cleaning fee and it wouldn’t be right for me to have to clean. The plumbing needs attention because the drains in the bathroom didn’t work well. I also had to open a valve to get hot water, this was unusual and difficult to accomplish. Especially since I didn’t want to have a real plumbing issue in a rental. Another thing that could use attention is the work out bed, it wasn’t very comfortable and I had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise the place was well stocked and in a good location. ##### Mike J.
