We have grown kids and they love the pool area, fishing and kayaking. The house has plenty of room for everyone to hang out and cook. The host is wonderful and we always have a great time! The house and grounds are gorgeous in every way. The water views from every room were incredible. We took my husband to celebrate his 60th birthday along with our children and grandchildren, party of 12\. we spent five days at this house and pretty much never left. We enjoyed our time in the pool, the hot tub, fishing off the dock, kayaking and cooking all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. There was room for everyone to spread out. Everyone in our group commented on how wonderful this experience was. One of the great things about this house is that the property manager Kiki is never more than a text away if any issues came up. The southern exposure, infinity pool and palm trees create an incredible venue. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the sun in peace. The house is incredibly well located, well stocked and large enough for our big family. The dock was an added bonus as we rented a boat to head to some nearby beaches. Kiki was a wonderful host and extremely responsive with all of our questions before and during our stay. I am sure at one point, the house was "magnificent," but in our evaluation it falls short of that level now - especially given the price. Some knobs and cabinets were in disrepair, the outdoor furniture was dirty, and most disappointing, was the pool never heated to a comfortable level. Beautiful home, wonderful outdoor seating area and views, but the overall state of the home should be better at this price. All in all, fairly nice but far from magnificent. ##### Tom P. The host was communicative and solved any problem we had promptly. The only drawback was that some of the fixtures were slightly broken, one dishwasher out of order and dated furniture.
