The house and grounds are gorgeous in every way. The water views from every room were incredible. We took my husband to celebrate his 60th birthday along with our children and grandchildren, party of 12\. we spent five days at this house and pretty much never left. We enjoyed our time in the pool, the hot tub, fishing off the dock, kayaking and cooking all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. There was room for everyone to spread out. Everyone in our group commented on how wonderful this experience was. One of the great things about this house is that the property manager Kiki is never more than a text away if any issues came up. I am sure at one point, the house was "magnificent," but in our evaluation it falls short of that level now - especially given the price. The host was communicative and solved any problem we had promptly. The only drawback was that some of the fixtures were slightly broken, one dishwasher out of order and dated furniture. For the price it would have been nice for things to be a little better maintained. But all that said the host was super helpful and accommodating. ##### Kate A.
