Shorter walk than condos in tower 4\. Beach entrance is between towers 2 and 3 for easier access. South Seas Club of Marco Island is a gated beachfront condo community on the Gulf that feels like a resort. Available weekly and monthly. Privately owned, extremely clean two-bedroom two bathroom beachfront condo with updates throughout. The condo includes a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, and everything you need to make your day at the beach seamless. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with the comforts of home as well (coffee pot and Keurig). Walk across the street to Doreen's Cup of Joe, Sammy's Pizza, La Mesa Taqueria, Thai Sushi, Nav's Popcorn and Donuts and many more options are available on the island. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming pool with tiki huts, and fishing on three and a half miles of exquisite white sandy beach. South Seas Club also boasts tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a remodeled fitness center, and leasable boat docks on Clam Bay. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex and restaurants within walking distance. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here, one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions.
