It sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms. The spacious balcony extends the length of the unit and is furnished with a breakfast table and sun loungers. Start the day with your morning coffee, savoring the view of turquoise water streaked with sun and waves breaking on silken white sands of Tigertail Beach. At night, you’ll be treated to the bright orange skies of a spectacular Marco Island sunset. The interior is every bit as inspiring. Every room opens up to the balcony, so the mesmerizing view is your constant backdrop as you relax in the living room or serve up a tropical feast in the dining area. Natural light brightens the colorful seaside décor and eye-pleasing furniture that’s as comfortable as it is stylish. This unit comes with three different cooling devices – air conditioning, ceiling fans, and night breezes off the ocean. The kitchen features granite countertops and all modern appliances and cookware. In the cozy bedroom, the bed faces the beach, so you’ll fall asleep to moonlight reflecting off the ocean and the sound of waves breaking on the shore. We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect so the unit offers amenities like free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. The condo was everything that was described and more - modern stylish furniture, great standard of decoration, well equipped and with an amazing balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. It was equipped with everything we needed and plenty of linen and towels - including beach towels, even loads of hangers in the closets. There is a laundry room on each floor shared by the 12 condos, which had recently been replaced by new equipment, so was very clean and worked well, always a unit available when needed. We had read a number of reviews commenting about the long distance to the beach, but for us it was fine and a trip we did twice a day for the 10 days we were there. The host - Andrew, was brilliant great communication prior to arrival, and prompt, courteous and very helpful with any queries we had. We would definitely recommend this condo, and would certainly return. ##### Steven W. It was about a 12 minute walk to the beach. The wagon was very helpful. It would have been nice to see the sunset from the room. It would have been nice to have a little more toilet paper, paper towel, Kleenex, trash bags, zip locks, foil, salt/pepper and detergent. The unit we rented (for our girls trip (4-of us)) was very nice. The grounds were very well kept, the security was top notch and overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be back to the island. The local people we met were very welcoming and we ate at some top notch restaurants. Definitly go to the Marco Island Pub for their Friday night Motown! The property managers have made it clear and easy to do, even if you arrive very late. Our condo was exactly as stated, yet we were still amazed at the beach/pool/grounds views. Do make sure you utilize the beach cart stored in the owners locker. It makes the very long (but so worth it) walk to the beach manageable. That walk, and the seemingly constant strong breezes is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars in the location/neighborhood category. The breezes make the pool area a tad on the cool side. The walk to the beach is for fit people and I'd hate to drag children to and from the beach. My grown, fit family very much enjoyed our stay on what has to be one the most beautiful beaches I've seen. The shelling is a blast. Thank you!!! ##### Marla M.
