Primary Suite: Relax in the king-sized bed and enjoy a private retreat complete with built-in office space for those who need to squeeze in a bit of work while on vacation. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, and the walk-in closet offers plenty of storage for your personal items. Guest Bedrooms: The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and generous closet space, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit. Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring doorbell at the front door for added security. It faces out toward the road and is on 24/7. Insects: While Florida’s warm climate can occasionally invite insects and bugs, we proactively manage this by scheduling professional pest control every quarter to keep our space clean and comfortable for guests. NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.” Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found. NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. She was communicative and provided ample suggestions that we incorporated into our trip. These were helpful in it being such a success, such as taking an Uber to the beach in high season because of limited parking, avoiding the crowds at Tiger Tail by going around 5p, and taking the Hemingway shuttle out to Keewaydin. She even helped us find allergy friendly food options. The house was in great condition with everything we needed. Plus she took some suggestions immediately.
