It is surrounded by lush tropical palm trees and beautiful landscaping, making it an ideal location just a short walk from the beach. The prime setting on Marco Island puts you within walking distance of shopping and local restaurants. During your stay, you can relax in the living room or on the screened lanai while enjoying the scenic water canal view that leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious master suite features access to the lanai, multiple closets, and a master bath with tall cabinetry and a new walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms include a queen-size bed and twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends.
